TERMS: Four year terms. Terms expire July 1 of corresponding year.
MEMBERS: Seven. Three appointed by City; three appointed by County, and one joint appointee. The Board shall have fifteen members appointed jointly by the governing body of the City of Lawrence and the Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County.
MEETINGS: As needed, at least quarterly, various locations.
