Community Cooperation Committee
The Community Cooperation Committee (CCC) is an outreach and education group working in tandem with the Community Commission on Homelessness. The CCC consists of 15 persons committed to creating a mutually supportive group dedicated to solving problems caused by the concerns of homelessness as encountered by the housed and homeless members of the community.
To create a neutral and supportive venue to fostor consensus dialogue about community concerns, the CCC offers mediation-style facilitation for the community. The CCC will work with community members or groups who wish a neutral third party to assist in a consensus-style dialogue to resolve issues of concern that relate to the experience of homelessness in Lawrence.
