RE: License Agreement with Heartland Community Health Center for the placement of a ground sign in the City's Parking Lot at 1 Riverfront Plaza

On September 12, 2012, Heartland Community Health Center, a Kansas not for profit corporation, that rents space from the City at 1 Riverfront Plaza, Suite 100, filed with the City a Sign Permit Application, seeking to place an informational ground sign in the City's Parking Lot that serves 1 Riverfront Plaza. Staff has approved the Sign Permit Application, contingent upon the execution of a License Agreement.
Action Requested
Authorize the City Manager to execute a License Agreement permitting Heartland Community Health Center to place an informational ground sign in the City's Parking Lot at 1 Riverfront Plaza in accordance with the terms of that agreement
