A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, DECLARING THE ENTIRE BOUNDARY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, DOUGLAS COUNTY, KANSAS.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS: SECTION 1.            That the entire boundary of the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas,  is hereby declared to be as follows:

SECTION 2. The City Clerk forthwith shall file a certified copy of this resolution with the County Clerk, with the Register of Deeds of Douglas County, Kansas, and with the state transportation engineer, in accordance with K.S.A.12-518, as amended. SECTION 3. After adoption, this resolution shall be in full force and effect commencing December 11, 2013.
