5.       Adopt on first reading, Ordinance No. 9011, prohibiting parking without a permit and providing resident parking on Edgehill Road, along the northerly side of Edgehill Road from 110 feet east of Louisiana Street, east 50 feet for properties located at 1647 and 1649 Edgehill Road.    Staff Memo & Attachments

 

6.       Adopt on second and final reading, Ordinance No. 9036, to rezone (Z-14-00263) approximately 1.88 acres from IG (General Industrial) District to IL (Limited Industrial) District located at 720 E 9th St. (PC Item 2; approved 10-0 on 8/25/14)

11.     Receive Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center 2014 First Quarter Performance Report and Second Quarter Performance Report.

 

12.     Authorize the City Manager to sign an Agreement for Capital and Operating Assistance Funds of the State of Kansas and the City of Lawrence (for the Lawrence Transit System) with the Kansas Department of Transportation, to utilize FY2015 state grant funds available from the Comprehensive Transportation Program.   Staff Memo & Attachments

Aviation Advisory Board:

One vacancy for a position that expired 05/31/14.

 

Board of Zoning Appeals/Sign Code Board of Appeals
Two positions expire 09/30/14 and both are eligible for reappointment to additional terms.

 

Community Development Advisory Committee:

One vacancy for a position that expired 09/30/13 and one vacancy for a position that expires 09/30/15.  Both positions are designated for low/mod areas.

 

Contractor Licensing Board:

One position expired 12/31/13. This position is delegated for a representative from the Plumbing Code Board of Appeals.

 

Electrical Code Board of Appeals:

One vacancy for a position that expired 03/31/14 and one vacancy for a position that expires 03/31/15. Eligibility requirements exist for this board.

 

Historic Resources Commission:
