RE:	Dedication of easements associated with MS-14-00327, Southridge Addition No. 6, a Minor Subdivision/Replat of Lot A, Block 7, Southridge Addition No. 3. The property is located on approximately 4 acres at 2518 Ridge Court.

Background

The Minor Subdivision for 2518 Ridge Court Drive will divide the existing lot into two (2) lots of approximately two (2) acres each.

The Minor Subdivision has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of easement as shown on the plat. A copy of the Minor Subdivision and Administrative Determination are attached.

Action

Accept the dedication of easement as shown on the Minor Subdivision, MS-14-00327, Southridge Addition No. 6.
