RE:	Authorize the Mayor to sign sanitary sewer easement agreement and accept dedication of sanitary sewer easement for the KU Tennis Facility at Rock Chalk Park.

Background

A sanitary sewer extension is required to provide service to the proposed KU Tennis Facility at Rock Chalk Park (SUP-15-00334). Public sanitary sewer improvement plans (Project 15S015) have been reviewed and approved by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. The easement agreement for this sanitary sewer extension has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda to seek authorization for the Mayor to sign the easement agreement and accept dedication of the sanitary sewer easement as shown on the easement document. A copy of the sanitary sewer line easement document and exhibit are attached.

Action

Authorize the Mayor to sign sanitary sewer easement agreement and accept dedication of sanitary sewer easement for the KU Tennis Facility at Rock Chalk Park.
