To receive notification by e-mail, please register on the City of Lawrence's
Subscription page.
PLEASE INDICATE THE LIST YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED ON: OUTDOOR SPORT LIST (INCLUDES SOFTBALL, SAND VOLLEYBALL AND KICKBALL) OR INDOOR SPORT LIST (INCLUDES DODGEBALL, VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL).
Cancellation information will be e-mailed at 4:30 Monday through Friday and at 11:00 on weekends. If any inclement weather occurs after this information is sent, games will be called at the discretion of the umpires. If this becomes necessary, we will update the Information Hotline as the umpires make that information available to us. 832-7999 mailbox #1123.
Upon receiving your request, you will be added to the distribution list on the following day except for requests received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in which you will be added on Monday.
