Troubleshooting web based agendas

Problem/Question:

My computer will not display some of the Adobe Acrobat PDF links. What can I do to make them display?

Answer:

Make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader. In addition to that the following steps will likely take care of any other problems:

For Adobe Acrobat

1. Open Adobe Acrobat
2. In the upper left corner click on Edit and select Preferences
3. From the preferences window click on Internet
4. Under the web browser options in that window uncheck Display PDF in browser
5. Click OK
6. Close Adobe Acrobat and your browser
7. Restart your browser and try again

For older versions of Adobe Acrobat

1. Open Adobe Acrobat
2. In the upper left corner click on Edit and select Preferences and then General
3. From the General Preferences window select Options
4. Under Web Browser Options uncheck Display PDF in browser
5. Click OK
6. Close Adobe Acrobat and your browser
7. Restart your browser and try again

Problem/Question:

After downloading and unzipping the agenda contents, the hyperlinks in the Agenda_Click_Here Word document do not work.

Answer:

After opening Microsoft Word, click on Tools, then Options, and then select the Edit tab. Locate an option that says "Use Ctrl + Click to follow hyperlink" and uncheck the box and click OK. The hyperlinks should now work within Word.
