Temporary PIN

Your temporary PIN number is a ten-digit number located on your utility bill. The PIN appears near the upper right-hand corner of the portion you keep.

Your new PIN must be between three and 10 characters. Once you have your new PIN, it will no longer appear on your utility bill. Please be sure to record your PIN for future use.
