ORDINANCE NO.  8134

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS AMENDING SECTION 19-902 AND 19-903 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2006 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, CONCERNING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES FOR WATER UTILITY AND WASTEWATER UTILITY CONNECTIONS.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

 

Section 1.  Chapter 19, Article 9, Section 19-902 of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, 2006 edition and amendments thereto is hereby amended as follows: 

 

19-902              WATER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGE; METER TYPE, SIZE AND CHARGE.

 

(A)        As required in Section 19-902, the water system development charge shall be as follows effective on and after January 1, 2005: (Ord. 7809)
