Please include the
following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at the May
20, 2008 meeting:
Approval of the request
by Steve Block, manager of Wakarusa 15 Associates LLC (the property owner of
Lot 3A of Alvamar Northwest No. 3), for a variance from City Code 19-214 A which
states, "each lot shall have direct
access to the City sanitary sewer main in City public right of way or City
public utility easement. Such access shall
not cross property ownership lines unless the access is in adjacent City public
right of way or adjacent City public utility easement.”

approved.
Action Request. Approve the request for a variance from City Code 19-214 A which states, “each lot shall have direct access to the City sanitary sewer main in City public right of way or City public utility easement. Such access shall not cross property ownership lines unless the access is in adjacent City public right of way or adjacent City public utility easement,” for Lot 3A of Alvamar Northwest No. 3 (1520-1540 Wakarusa Drive).
