Parents get night off with Kid’s Night Out

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is offering Kid’s Night Out 6-10 p.m. Jan. 14, in the gymnastics room at Sports Pavilion Lawrence, 100 Rock Chalk Lane.

Participants will enjoy a fun night of games, activities, open gym and movies in a safe, supervised environment. All children in attendance must be three years-old to12 years-old.  Cost of attending is $25 per child. All activities, refreshments and food are included in the fee.

Additional Kid’s Night Out programs will be held Feb. 11, March 11 and April 8.

Registration can be done online at  or at any Parks and Recreation facility, including: Sports Pavilion Lawrence; the Community Building, 115 West 11th St.; East Lawrence Recreation Center, 1245 East 15th St.; Holcom Park Recreation Center, 2700 West 27th St.; Lawrence Indoor Aquatic Center, 4706 Overland Drive, Prairie Park Nature Center, 2730 Harper St. or the Administrative Offices, 1141 Massachusetts St.
