Cycling class offers mind and body journey

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department continues fall fitness with a choose-your-own-intensity cycling class.

Cardio Cycle is designed as a freestyle indoor cycling workout focusing on a total mind and body journey through various terrains, speeds and intensities. Classes will take place 5:30-6:15 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, March 26-May 16, at the Community Building, 115 West 11th St. Cost is $74.
