Golf clinic helps new golfers get season ready

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Eagle Bend Golf Course and Learning Center is hosting Get Golf Ready, an instructional program to better prepare the golf novice for real course applications.

Get Golf Ready classes will follow curriculum developed by the PGA and associated golf industry leaders. Classes will be held 6-7p.m. Thursdays, May 3-31, at Eagle Bend Golf Course and Learning Center, 1250 E. 902 Road. Cost is $100 per person.  The clinic is open to those over 18 years-old.
