Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Lifelong Recreation is offering the opportunity to learn the ancient art of belly dancing.
Belly Dance Level 1 Basics will teach participants 12 years-old and older the basic elements of belly dancing such as torso isolation, arm movements and moving across the floor. Classes will be held 6:30-7:25 p.m. Tuesdays, July 10-31, at the Community Building, 115 West 11th St. Cost is $20 per dancer.
