Archery Club planned to further develop archery skills

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is holding a program for advanced archers.

Archery Club is being held 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Thursday, July 19, at the Prairie Park Nature Center, 2730 Harper St. The program will also be repeated 11:15 a.m..-12:15 p.m. Thursday, July 26.

This program is open to those seven years-old to 16 years-old and is open to those who have taken Beginning Archery. The focuses on building archery skills in Olympic-style archery and Genesis compound bows. Scoring will also be taught while practicing. Cost of attending is $10 per child.
