Senior Cyclists: Pedal Pushers to bring cycling to lifelong recreation

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Lifelong Recreation Division is hosting a beginning level cycling fitness class aimed at increasing endurance and strength in seniors.

Cycling – Pedal Pushers is a basic introduction to indoor cycling and allows for numerous modifications to accommodate bikers in any physical condition. Classes are 11:15 a.m.-noon Fridays, July 20-Aug. 24, at the Community Building, 115 W. 11th St. Cost of the class is $37.
