Lifelong Recreation will provide the Plus One to your fitness

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Lifelong Recreation Division is offering a class focusing on making participants stronger.

Plus One completes fitness routines that already have core strength and aerobic health by focusing on building strength. This class focuses on resistance exercises using weights, resistance bands and body weight. It is being held 11-11:45 a.m. Mondays, Sept. 10-Oct. 22, at Holcom Park Recreation Center, 2700 W. 27th St. Cost of the class is $34 per person. It is
