The intersection of 12th and Louisiana Streets will be closed for street reconstruction beginning September 27th and will reopen on October 2nd, 2018. The street will be closed to through traffic and traffic control devices will be in place to direct traffic around the road closure. Local traffic access will be maintained. Motorists should expect delays in this area, especially during heavy traffic periods.
