Fitness Fusion: Class to combine cycling, TRX workouts

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Lifelong Recreation Division is hosting a cycling and TRX crossover class.

Cycling/TRX Fusion combines the cardio endurance of a cycling class with the strengthening, flexibility and balance benefits of a TRX class, helping participants meet all of their fitness goals in one class. Classes are 11:15 a.m.-noon Mondays and Wednesdays, Oct. 29-Dec. 12, at the Community Building, 115 W. 11th St. Cost of the class is $49.
