LPRD class set to “slim and trim” participants

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Lifelong Recreation Division is offering the opportunity to feel good while slimming down in Slimnastics.

Slimnastics will concentrate on muscle toning and strengthening muscle groups to promote healthy, well-balanced bodies. Class is 9-10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, Oct. 29-Dec. 14, at the Community Building, 115 West 11th St. Cost is $60.
