Pilates Silver bringing balance, flexibility to lifelong recreation

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s lifelong recreation division to host fall Pilates Silver program.

Pilates Silver offers lifelong participants the chance to work on core muscles: hips, thighs and abdominals while focusing on the main Pilates principles of flowing motion, breathing, flexibility, precision, control and centering. Class is offered 8:30-9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Oct. 30-Dec. 13, at Holcom Park Recreation Center, 2700 West 27th St. Cost is $49.
