Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Aquatics Division is offering fitness classes for parents with young children.
Aqua Baby & Me gives participants the opportunity to bond with their child, using their baby’s natural weight and growth for a workout with naturally increasing resistance. Class is 9:15-9:45 a.m. Saturdays, Nov. 3-Dec. 15, at the Lawrence Indoor Aquatic Center, 4706 Overland Drive. Cost is $20.
