Personal Training sessions offered to lifelong community

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Lifelong Recreation Division provides personal training packages for individuals who want help creating fitness goals.

Personal Training provides individuals a personal trainer who will help create fitness goals, stay accountable and make effective use of their time in the gym. Benefits of having a personal trainer include a reduced risk of injury, creative workouts, face-to-face encouragement and company during workouts. Personal Training sessions cost $45 for the 75-minute introductory session and $35 for each subsequent session. Individual session discounts are applied when enrolling in bulk: Costs are $35 for one session, $95 for three sessions and $180 for six sessions.
