Registration for Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s adult sports recreational basketball leagues is currently underway.
Registration deadline for each league – mens, three-on-three, womens and coed – is Friday, Dec. 14. Leagues play Sunday through Friday for approximately nine weeks. Teams will play a seven-game regular season followed by a post-season tournament. Cost to participate in the mens, womens and coed leagues is $340 per team/per league and $160 for the three-on-three league per team. Those enrolling on or before Friday, Dec. 7, for the mens, womens and/or coed leagues will receive a discount.
Games are played at the Community Building, 115 W. 11th St.; East Lawrence Recreation Center, 1245 East 15th St.; and Sports Pavilion Lawrence, 100 Rock Chalk Lane.
