Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department invites children ages two years-old to 12 years-old and their parents to an afternoon of fun at the Santa Splash.
Santa Splash participants will make holiday crafts, play games, swim and have time to visit with Santa Claus. The event will be noon-12:45 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at the Indoor Aquatic Center, 4706 Overland Drive. Cost is $7 per child. Pre-registration is required by Wednesday, Dec. 12, in order to secure a spot in the craft-making activities. Registration will be accepted the day of the event; however craft-making will not be guaranteed.
Parents will need to pay admission if child remains after the event to swim. Swimming fee is included in the program fee for participants.
