TRX Yoga Flow is starting soon

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is offering a class combining TRX and yoga.

TRX Yoga Flow helps develop strength, mobility and balance and supplements the training with the breathing techniques and movements of yoga. It is offered 6:55-7:25 p.m. Thursdays, Jan. 10-March 7, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost for the session is $55 per person. It is open to those 15 years-old and older. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel as activity will take place on the floor.
