Zumba Gold keeps movement, balance at forefront

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Lifelong Recreation invites seniors to participate in a modified Zumba class.

Zumba Gold is open to those 50 years-old and older to participate in a class that recreates the original moves of Zumba at a lower-intensity pace. The classes focus is on balance, range of motion and coordination.  The class is scheduled for 10-11 a.m. Thursdays, Jan. 15-Mar. 14, at Holcom Park Recreation Center, 2700 W. 27th St. The cost of the class is $68.
