Moving and grooving with LPRD’s Dance Fitness

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Lifelong Recreation is offering an aerobic dance class designed to improve cardiovascular health.

Dance Fitness is being offered 9-10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 19-May 16, at the Community Building, 115 West 11th St., or 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 19-May 16, at Carnegie Building, 200 West Ninth St.  The class is open to those 15 years-old or older and consist of 30-minutes of cardiovascular routines and 30-minutes of toning and stretching. The aerobic routines can be performed at either a low or high impact level.  Cost is $68 per person, per class.
