Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is offering young children the opportunity to learn about the sport of soccer in a fun, organized environment.
Little Kickers and Junior Kickers are basic introductions to the game of soccer. These interactive classes will provide children with opportunities to make new friends and play soccer. Little Kickers is open to children two years-old to four years-old, while Junior Kickers is open to children ages four years-old to five years-old. Parents are welcome to watch or join in with the class. The classes have two different sessions offered: 10-10:50 a.m. Thursdays, April 25-May 16, or 9-9:50 a.m. Saturdays, April 27-May 18. Both sessions held at Sports Pavilion Lawrence, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost is $40 per child, per session.
