Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department has teamed up with Crescent Moon Winery to help people align their chakras with yoga and wine.
Yoga at the Winery Workshop provides participants with an hour-long Vinyasa yoga session followed by an opportunity to sample wines and network with other participants. Yoga at the Winery Workshop will be held 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, April 12, at Crescent Moon Winery, 15930 246th St. Cost is $20 per person. This workshop is open to those 21 years-old and older with any level of yoga experience. Participants should bring a yoga mat.
