Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department, along with Youth Tech, Inc., will hold video game design camps for children 10 years-old to 17 years-old.
Video Game Design provides children an interactive look at the world of mobile video game design and development. Campers will learn the basics of video game design and will produce several different interactive video games to share with friends and family. Video Game Design is being offered 1-4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, June 10-13, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. It will also be offered 9 a.m.-noon Monday-Thursday, June 24-27.
