The Lawrence-Douglas County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) staff has processed an administrative revision to the 2019 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) on May 20, 2019. The UPWP describes the work activities, schedule and budget planned for the MPO staff, planning partners and consultants. The revised UPWP can be found online at: https://lawrenceks.org/mpo/upwp/
The revisions reflect actual staff labor rates, amended hours by staff and task to balance the budget, and changes to the non-staff costs based on equipment needs and actual expenses to date. These changes fall within the guidelines for an administrative revision in the Public Participation Plan.
