Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department offering a Let’s Glow Crazy PiYo Party, combining Pilates and yoga, glowing and laughter.
The Let’s Glow Crazy PiYo Party combines the muscle-sculpting and core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movement. The Party will also feature black lights and upbeat music. Participants must be 15 years or older to attend this event. The Party is scheduled for 6:30-8 p.m. Friday, June 28, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence, 100 Rock Chalk Lane.
Cost is $10 per person if registered before June 28 and $15 per person if registered on the day of the event. Body paint, glow necklaces and bracelets will be provided. Wear white or neon clothing to glow under the black lights.
