Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department offers a camp that will get kids moving and mimicking their favorite animals.
Dancin’ Safari Camp will take place 1-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, July 22-26, at the Community Building, 115 West 11th St. Children ages four years-old to five years-old will have the opportunity to explore different dance styles through imagination. Staff will walk participants through silly animal dances, fun crafts and games. Parents are invited to join the dancers at their “zoo” at the end of the week. Cost is $52 per person.
