Water fitness during pregnancy provides many benefits during pregnancy including decreased back pain, improved sleep patterns, increased energy levels and faster post-natal recovery. Class is 10-10:45 a.m. Saturdays, Jan. 18-March 7, at the Lawrence Indoor Aquatic Center, 4706 Overland Drive. Cost is $28.

Aqua Baby & Me gives participants the opportunity to bond with their children by using their baby’s natural weight and growth for a workout with naturally increasing resistance. Class is 9:15-9:45 a.m. Saturdays, Jan. 18-March 7, at the Indoor Aquatic Center. Cost is $28.
