Get your burn, sweat and stretching done in 30 minutes with Barre Fusion

Lawrence Parks and Recreation is offering a new fitness class, which aims to lengthen and sculpt the body safely and effectively.

Barre Fusion invites participants 15 years-old and older to take part in a new fitness class, combining ballet-inspired strengthening moves with the mind/body aspect of yoga and the precision core integration of Pilates. Participants should bring a mat for targeted core work. The class runs 4:30-5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept.15-Nov. 5, at the Community Building 115 W 11th St. Cost is $64 per participant.
