A waterline replacement project on East 19th Street is set to begin on Monday, Nov. 16. Construction will necessitate varied traffic control from Harper Street to O’Connell Road as the project progresses. The project is expected to last until mid-March 2021.
Construction will occur primarily in the City’s right-of-way green space, and local traffic is expected to be maintained at all times. As construction progresses, traffic control will change. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible and follow suggested marked detours.
City staff will notify property owners of any water service impacts prior to scheduled disruptions.
