The City of Lawrence Utility Billing division is currently working with ETC Institute to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Over the next couple of weeks, approximately 4,000 randomly selected city utility account holders will receive a multiple choice survey in the mail.
The Utility Billing division has received requests from residents to verify the authenticity of the survey. We want to confirm that this is a legitimate survey that will help the City better understand customer satisfaction with city water and sewer services. If you receive the survey, please fill it out and return it in the envelope provided as soon as you can.
