Transform your body with LPRD’s Cycling – Spin It

Lawrence Parks and Recreation is offering a spin class to provide a full-body workout.

Cycling  ̶  Spin It is a 45-minute cycling class that will change participants inside and out. Cyclers can expect to work their legs and core, as well as their arms with the use of hand weights, and leave feeling focused, energized and empowered.

Cycling  ̶  Spin It is held 5:15-6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept. 13-Dec. 15, at the Community Building, 115 West 11th St. Cost is $104 per person.
