A project to resurface a portion of the levee trail is beginning on Tuesday, November 16. The project will close the levee trail east of the Kansas River bridge to North 8th Street while crews resurface the area. The park at 8th and Oak Street will also be closed during the project to ensure the safety of the public and crews during operational hours. The project is expected to last one week.
