Deepen your Tai Chi experience with LPRD’s Tai Chi for Energy

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting registration for the summer session of their returning Tai Chi for Energy class.

Tai Chi for Energy is a more sophisticated form of Tai Chi for health, combining the agile and healing Sun Style with the vigorous and complex Chen Style for a complementary and versatile experience. This class is suitable for those with prior experience in Sun Style Tai Chi, particularly Tai Chi Arthritis, who wish to expand upon their practice.

The class is held 5:30-6:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 7-July 14, at the Community Building, 115 West 11th St. Cost is $38 per participant. An additional session is offered 5:30-6:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 19-Aug. 25.
