This week, the City of Lawrence is beginning work on Phase two of its annual Contracted Street Maintenance Program. Phase two projects will have different start dates, but all work is anticipated to finish by mid-November.
Contracted Street Maintenance Program projects include milling, patch, overlay and concrete maintenance. Phase two of this year’s program includes:
- Haskell Ave. from E 12th St. around to E 11th St.
- Missouri St. from W 27th St. to 29th Terrace
- W 29th Ct. west of Missouri St.
- Alabama St. from W 27th St. to W 25th St.
- Barker Ave. from 15th St. to 18th St.
- East 28th Terrace from Haskell Ave. to Harper St.
- Ponderosa Dr. from E 28th Terrace to E 27th St.
- Bonanza St. from E 28th Terrace to E 27th St.
- Harper St. from E 28th Terrace to E 27th St.
