The City Commission meeting will be recessed from time to time into executive session for the purpose of consultation with attorneys for the City about matters deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship.  At other times, the City Commission will be in recess.

1. Consider motion to recess into executive session for a total of ____ minutes (to be determined) for the purpose of consultation with attorneys for the City about matters deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship in order keep attorney-client matters confidential during court-ordered mediation in the lawsuit involving the Oread Inn.  At the end of the executive session, the City Commission will resume its regular meeting in the City Commission Room.
