Background
The Lawrence Bikes Plan serves as a guide for the City of Lawrence to achieve safe, comfortable, and accessible cycling in our community. Updating this plan will provide an opportunity to to better understand community experiences and expectations surrounding bicycle infrastructure and policies.
At their November 21st, 2024, meeting the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Policy Board approved the make up of the steering committee which will guide the plan’s development. You can find the steering committee here.
