Gymnastics Spring Break Camp gives youth opportunity to go for the gold

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department invites youth to join the fun at Sports Pavilion Lawrence for spring break to experience the thrill of gymnastics.

Gymnastics Spring Break Camp is designed for participants to improve and learn new skills, increase physical fitness and build a positive self-image. Children will bounce on the trampoline, roll over the bars, hang on the rings and learn to balance on the beam.

The camp is open to children five years-old to 12 years-old from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Thursday, March 20-23, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost is $115 per child. Campers will need to provide their own lunch.
