Get Wild Outside: Get outdoors and get wild at our nature camps. Kids will see live animals, learn outdoor skills, and explore the natural world in every season.

Whether its a short seasonal break in the school year or summertime, the nature center has a selection of camp programs that get kids outside and learning about nature. Camps include live animal programs, hikes, games, crafts, and seasonal recreational activities like fishing, canoeing, kayaking and archery. All campers will need to pack a lunch, bring a water bottle and wear clothes and footwear appropriate for the outdoors. No open toed sandals, please. Parents should be sure to inform camp staff of any allergies or special needs so that staff can provide the safest possible experience for each child. Cell phones, portable games and other electronics are not allowed at camp.

ANIMALS GONE WILD SPRING BREAK WILDLIFE CAMP
Ages: 6-12. Enrollment Min 15 / Max 25. Take a break from school with a fun-filled week of meeting the animals of Prairie Park. Hold the snakes, make friends with a tortoise, play games, hike and have fun.
