Located in historic South Park, this building sits on the west side of Massachusetts Street, across the street from the William Kelly Bandstand. It was originally constructed in 1963 and has been remodeled multiple times since and served as a place for programs and activities to be held, as well as rental space to the community until it was remodeled in 2012 to house the department’s administrative offices.
