City Hall Reconfiguration

Due to the ongoing winter storm, City facilities, including City Hall and all Parks, Recreation and Culture facilities, will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 18. This is due to the forecasted winter storm resulting in dangerous travel conditions.

Our city is at a crossroads—do we continue investing in our current City Hall, or do we embrace a new, modern space that meets the needs of our growing community?

Project Summary

The City Hall currently supports a staff of over 150 personnel from multiple departments.​

Over the years, the City Hall building underwent multiple small renovations due to various departments moving in & out of the building.​

In 2019, the current and future program was assessed. The assessment examined the latest ADA codes, sustainability considerations, and future expansion needs.

  • Planning & Development Services and Municipal Court in leased space ​
